Before MoonPay, Stasi was Sr. Manager of Crypto Compliance Operations at Robinhood Crypto, where she built key compliance frameworks from the ground up. She also had leadership roles at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, where she spearheaded risk management and consumer banking controls, and PayPal, where she optimized underwriting and enhanced due diligence impacting 400M+ global users.

As a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Stasi excels at risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory strategy to drive sustainable growth in an evolving landscape.
