Paige is the Head of Strategy at Incode, where she leads go-to-market efforts, cross-functional initiatives, and M&A to drive business growth. She works closely with clients in banks, fintechs, and crypto — key segments within Incode’s largest industry vertical, financial services. Prior to Incode, Paige worked as an investor at KKR focused on companies in cyber security and identity, and before KKR, she worked at 3L Capital where she led the firm's investment in Incode and joined the company's Board of Directors. Paige started her career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and an associate at General Atlantic, where she focused on investments in financial services.
