Janice has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, regulator and senior compliance and risk executive. She is currently the Director of Global Regulatory Compliance at Coinbase, where she oversees core elements of its Compliance program, including training, policy governance, testing and monitoring, quality assurance, regulatory change management, risk assessments, and regulatory relations. She began her career at Milbank Tweed and Chadbourne and Parke, where she litigated securities cases, managed regulatory investigations and handled complex commercial litigation. She then moved to FINRA where she was a Director in the Department of Enforcement. Janice has also held senior Legal and Compliance roles at JPMorgan and CLS Bank.
