Jack Grein is the Lead Counsel for Anchorage Digital Bank National Association, where he is responsible for the Bank’s corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Anchorage Digital, Jack was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he advised financial institutions on a wide variety of regulatory matters, including enforcement actions, government investigations, the building of compliance programs, and the development of new products and services. At the onset of his legal career, Jack clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Jack holds a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Rubenstein Scholar, and a B.A. from Amherst College.
